JiL Care provides domiciliary care and support services in accordance with UK care standards and regulations. All services are subject to assessment and availability.

3. Service Agreement

Upon accepting our services, you will enter into a formal care agreement that outlines the specific services to be provided, costs, and terms. This agreement forms the basis of our relationship.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services will be clearly outlined in your care agreement. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be agreed upon before services commence. We reserve the right to adjust fees with appropriate notice.

5. Cancellation and Changes

We require reasonable notice for cancellation or changes to scheduled care visits. Specific notice periods will be outlined in your care agreement. Late cancellations may incur charges.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about care needs
  • Maintain a safe environment for care staff
  • Treat our staff with respect and dignity
  • Make timely payments for services
  • Inform us of any changes in circumstances or care needs

7. Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Provide qualified, trained care staff
  • Deliver services in accordance with agreed care plans
  • Maintain appropriate insurance and registrations
  • Respect your privacy and dignity
  • Respond promptly to concerns and complaints

8. Limitation of Liability

While we take every care to provide safe, high-quality services, we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our liability is limited as set out in your care agreement.

9. Complaints

We take complaints seriously and have a formal complaints procedure. If you're unhappy with our services, please contact us immediately so we can address your concerns.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the care agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement. We reserve the right to terminate services immediately in cases of abuse or non-payment.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
